We are currently recruiting for immediate placement in the following positions:

Community Association Manager - Apply via E-Mail

Locations: Southern California

We are currently seeking bright, energetic, self-motivated Community Association Managers. We have offices in Carlsbad, Chula Vista, Irvine, San Diego, and Murrieta.

Job Description:

- Manage and support Community Associations in all capacities including all Association affairs and compliance issues
- Assist homeowners and Associations with problem resolution
- Manage maintenance of community common areas
- Work closely with vendors to coordinate maintenance services
- Attend HOA Board meetings

Responsibilities include, and require, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership ability along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide high level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization. CCAM and CMCA highly desirable, PCAM preferred, HOA experience necessary.
