President and co-owner Joseph Farinelli has been in property management since 1980. Though he managed apartment and commercial portfolios, Mr. Farinelli has specialized in community association management for the past 14 years. He is primarily responsible for the overall performance of Walters Management and focuses on the growth and profitability of the company.
Mr. Farinelli received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
