The 7th Annual IPAN Event – A Thank-You To Our Industry Partners

On Wednesday, June 29th, we held our 7th Annual Industry Partners Appreciation Night. This event is one of the ways we choose to show our industry partners that we sincerely appreciate their commitment to providing outstanding service to the communities we manage. It is important to us to take the time to recognize their continued efforts.

Walters Managment Industry Partners Appreciation Night 2016This year was our largest turnout yet with nearly 150 attendees from 50 different companies. While some of the attendees have been working with Walters for many years, there were some in attendance for the first time. As independent vendors, each of these companies have consistently put their best foot forward when working with local community associations to maintain curb appeal, provide emergency services, and much more.

At Walters Management, we strive to create substantial relationships with our industry partners in order to provide the best services to our clients. The Industry Partners Appreciation Night is an opportunity for us to build on those relationships. The Walters Executive Team and Community Association Managers from San Diego, North County, and South County act as Chesapeake Deli Catering Industry Partners Appreiciation Night hosts for this event and are able mingle with industry partners old and new.

While the event presents a chance to network, it isn’t all business and no play. Refreshing beverages are provided so that attendees can relax and escape the summer heat and delicious finger – foods are provided by Chesapeake Deli.

Walters Management Industry Partners Appreciation Night At Walters Management we go above and beyond in every aspect of our business which is why we choose to host this event each year. The vendor – management company relationship in our industry is too often strictly contractual without the development of a personable connection. This sentiment is echoed by many of our industry partners, “No other management company that we work with takes the time and allocates resources to invite their vendor partners in to say thank you.” We are happy to break the status-quo and make the extra effort to show our industry partners that we appreciate their contributions to our continued growth and success. We hope to see all of our industry partners again next year!
