Training and Advancement

Education and Training is always important for Walters Management, furthering the Professional and Personal Development of its employees. Our Professional Training is through Accredited companies as California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CACM) and Community Association Institute (CAI).

Many Walters Management staff members currently hold the highest designations in the Community Association Management industry with:
  • 14 Managers with CCAM
  • 8 Managers/Executives with PCAM
  • 7 Managers currently obtaining their CCAM
  • 3 Managers currently obtaining their PCAM
Along with Professional growth in manager designations, training is also conducted for newly hired employees through a program called "Community Association Member Orientation." Topics of discussion include:
