30 Oct A Commitment to Continuous Improvement
As part of their personal and professional commitment to ongoing education, Walters Management Community Association Managers Lee Leibenson, PCAM® and Lisa Isaacson, PCAM® attend a full day Legal Forum for California Communities October 18 in Irvine, California. The Forum was developed by Community Associations Institute (CAI®) to provide critical updates on important legal requirements in the state.
The PCAM® designation is awarded by CAI, a national organization. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available to managers who specialize in community association management. Designees must have at least five years of direct experience in community association management, complete upper level educational courses, be published authors, participate in local CAI® Chapters and prepare a comprehensive written case study. There are less than 45 PCAM® designees in San Diego County and less than 2300 throughout the United States. Lee first obtained her designation in 1993 and Lisa obtained her designation in 2010.
Walters Management is significantly invested in continuing education for all its managers and Lee and Lisa are excellent emissaries for the Walters Management team.
