There are several convenient ways to pay your community association assessments.
- Online Payments
Walters Management has partnered with First Citizens Bank (formerly CIT Bank) to accept payments online via electronic check or credit card. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a convenience fee by First Citizens Bank. Electronic check payments have no fee.

Visit First Citizens Bank’s PropertyPay website to register your account and enroll in automatic payments.

- Automatic Payments, Bill Pay, and E-Bills
Walters Management is enrolled with several online bill pay services. You may be able to set up a monthly recurring payment through your personal bank or online banking services. Please contact your bank or financial institution for more information on how to set up this service. Keep in mind, any automatic bill pay amount will need to be updated any time your association’s assessment amounts change.
- Mail-in Payments
Mail your check payment to our payment processing facility.
Be sure to include your payment stub and write your Walters account number on the check.
