At Walters Management, we are committed to providing the most comprehensive and effective management solutions to the communities we serve. We are proud to be the only community association management company in Southern California to carry all three of the most prestigious industry designations. We maintain these designations by meeting requirements set forth by industry leading organizations such as CAI®, CACM®, and IREM®.Each year we support our managers by encouraging them to further their community management education. Walters’ community managers have the opportunity to attend numerous educational events and courses through California Association of Community Manager and Community Association Institute.

Already this year, Walters’ managers attended the So Cal Law Seminar & Expo by CACM to explore important legislation and legal issues impacting California community associations. Various managers have also taken the initiative to take courses through CACM including Human Resources, Insurance Principles, Risk Management in Community Associations and Portfolio Management.
Our managers attended the CAI Annual Educational Conference & Trade Show to learn more about on time management and dealing with nuisances. Many managers have also taken CAI courses on subjects including Financial Management, Community Leadership, and Association Communications. Three of Walters’ managers currently serve on the local CAI Education Committee.
