Walters Management Enhances Depth and Structure
It is an exciting time at Walters Management! To continue an outstanding retention rate of over 99%, we strengthened our organization with two new team members who bring integrity, professionalism and experience to our cadre of community association managers.
Ms. Melodie Nickell, CCAM, joins WM as the Regional Manager in our San Diego office. Melodie served as the Vice President and General Manager of Urban Development for a large, well-known management firm which is locally based and nationally owned. Melodie has a strong connection with the high-rise market having obtained a High-Rise Specialty Certificate from California Association of Community Managers™. With over seven years in direct supervision of association management teams, Melodie also has a deep background in overall management of staff and operations for service industries. Her duties at WM will include working with the San Diego Community Association Managers and Executive Team to further enhance our service and to strengthen client interaction.
Ms. Kami Wible-Goldstein, CCAM, CMCA, joins our Carlsbad office as a Community Association Manager. Kami has over six years of experience in the community association management industry. Her past experience includes a range of positions from administrative assistant to community director. For the last two years, Kami’s career has been devoted to community association management. In 2004, Kami obtained her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential which augments Kami’s interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different people on an individual basis. Consequently, Kami works incredibly well with Boards of Directors, homeowners and affiliate partners.
